i quoted this relating to myself in sdll maybe 2 years ago, but it’s actually more fitting observing how unable the poor sms ppl are to identify what holds back and threatens them, and work together to overcome it
i realised i was watching a species heading towards extinction

that’s maybe the coolest thing about internet communities, in that they work like lord of the flies, where poorly-adjusted down-on-their-luck folk act out society, simplified and unencumbered by indirected politics. you get to see raw human nature acted out in a sandbox
