i think the main antidote is to focus on the primitive patterns like i said, cos it isn’t rly possible for ppl to make up 10 different context-dependent excuses to explain the same pattern lasting over years

their actions clearly created impenetrable situations for me

unfortunately, people don’t understand the severity of lying and bullying and realistically, they relate more to liars and bullies than they do to some1 like me. so i’m kind of up against it

this is why the main thing is to let go of being believed, but it’s also important to take seriously the duty of telling the story regardless. so you can’t avoid playing that game

and that’s for the best cos it then moderates the psychosis, forces me to sleep on it

it’s kind of a fascinating thing, battling to be believed against a force that’s tryna turn u insane so it can call u insane

the biggest problem being that the abuses clearly did happen, hence that ppl don’t take enough of a zero-sum approach to realising smth must’ve caused it
