i ended up blocking mlarvitar (he made an anon account to harass me last night that u can see in my replies)

and earlier i snapped and swung a pillow at my mum

there’s just… smth really distressing about being gaslit that a conflict is entirely 1 person’s (your) fault

what is rly just relentless bullying. with my mum it’s day-in-day-out. they feed off each other as well, like i’ll tell my mum about mlarvi and she’ll say

“oh you probably deserved it cos u are xyz”. that was how mlarvitar dominoed all these separate situations into each other, like saying my private relationship problems were evidence of god knows what

and w/ both of them, i noticed the more distressed i get, the harder they come
