@JuiceACD @FadeVanity context: (1) this report was commissioned in the wake of a scandal around the uk nhs paediatric gender clinic ("gids") taking a purely-affirmative approach and suppressing dissent. the final report will be the basis on which this is reformed into a cross-disciplinary approach

@JuiceACD @FadeVanity (2) affirmation works, but gender ideology draws false conclusions – it being best to always affirm, redefine womanhood so it seemingly can't challenge affirmation, suppress ontological discussion about gender etc.. none of this is necessary for trans healthcare/rights/liberation
