basically, the faster one has unintentionally cheated in a way that can be corrected. such a correction is equitable for that run, and it stays faster. but when applied to every run, it rules the other one faster, and changes the entire leaderboard. what a dilemma

actually, is it that hard? with ils, every time a retime was submitted from a full run that couldn’t be done exactly, it was given a pessimistic estimate to ack. uncertainty inherent in not being native. so i should give the cheated run a slow wii estimate and make it 2nd place
