man, everyone talks in mle these days. it sounds like gunge. i’m glad i don’t talk like that by default n just adapt to it sometimes when movin w certain ppl

i don’t like how homogenised it sounds. regional accents and even rp have a lot more colour to them

i used to just have like the default middle-class london accent but i deliberately slashed it up post uni cos i felt like a misfit in the private-skl-oxbridge crowd. moved in more diverse groups. now i sound more working-class than them but like a posh boy in an mle crowd
