it's been a rough month for me working my abuse case. every1 who knows it told me to drop it, so i had to go it alone off my hunch there was more to it than met the eye and it poses me ongoing danger. but after going thru it, i feel confident in my position, and better defended

i rly wanted to leave it all behind in 2021 but so many days passed with me literally unable to face up to it. but now it's written down, i feel a massive weight off my shoulders. just have to figure out what to do with it next

i feel like i've learnt a lot about abuse + conflict, stuff that's hard to understand unless it's a lived experience u learnt from many months later. i both feel far more able to take on life now and that i have nothing to live for. can't have it both ways ig haha
