i am really sorry to everyone ive pushed away cos i want them nowhere near my depression. im not comfortable being around people anymore except on a surface level as a distraction. i dont know if that will ever change

but it doesnt mean i dont appreciate everyones positive impact on my life, whether things ended happily, unobtrusively or hatefully. i dont mean to say i no longer want to be friends. i just cant do it, im sorry
