idk. this vibe is palpable visiting the google building in ldn and i've been running from it my whole adult life. but i think u can't have warm present friendships unless ur consumed by school/campus or just do nothing w/ your life. there's not enough time

realistically i've always been at my happiest when burying myself in a tight unchanging group of friends, with us all doing similar things, working towards the same goals. small village mentality. but it's v different for diff ppl

and even then i'm always longing for ppl i don't have. be around scientists and wish your friends were more visceral. be around gamers and wish they were more creative or musical or project-oriented. or be around both and wish u knew more than a couple of girls lmao
